Shreekunj - The Abode of Lord Krishna

A Project that draws inspiration from the divine essence of Lord Krishna, the beloved deity worshipped in Nathdwara (Shreenathji). The name itself evokes a sense of sanctity and serenity, mirroring the tranquil ambience of a sacred abode.

The interior design of this 3200 square foot home is crafted to resonate with the spiritual aura of its inspiration. Raw architecture forms the backbone of the design, embracing the innate beauty of natural materials in their unprocessed state. Here's a glimpse into the envisioned aesthetic:

Serenity in Simplicity: The design revolves around simplicity as a conduit for spiritual tranquility. Clean lines and uncluttered spaces create an atmosphere of calmness, allowing the mind to wander freely in contemplation.

Earthy Palette: A muted, earthy palette dominates the interiors, comprising hues inspired by the natural landscape. Warm tones of beige, taupe, and terracotta infuse the space with a sense of groundedness and harmony.

Natural Materials: Emphasis is placed on using raw, natural materials that embody authenticity and timeless elegance. Exposed brick walls, rough-hewn wooden beams, and stone walls form the foundation of the design, lending a rustic charm to the home.

Light and Airy: Large openings invite ample natural light, illuminating the interiors and fostering a connection with the outdoors. The play of light and shadow adds depth and dimension to the space, enhancing its ethereal appeal.

Artisanal Touches: Handcrafted accents and bespoke furnishings add a personal touch to the interiors, celebrating the rich heritage of craftsmanship. From intricately carved wooden panels to handwoven textiles, each element tells a story of tradition and artistry.

Fluid Connectivity: The design fosters a fluid connectivity between indoor and outdoor spaces, blurring the boundaries between the built environment and nature. A seamless transition from the interiors to the surrounding landscape encourages a sense of oneness with the universe.

In essence, "Shreekunj" is more than just a home — it's a sanctuary where the divine and the earthly converge, inviting inhabitants to embark on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual enlightenment.
